Long COVID Recovery Coaching and Advocacy
Testimonial from a Long COVID client
“I did a coaching session with you several months ago. I suffer from exertional fatigue from Long Covid. You educated me on several things: anti-inflammatory and anti histamine (I’m taking Aleve and Zyrtec once a day), as well as some vitamin supplements. You had recommended that I take these one at a time to see what worked, but I was so frustrated with the exertional fatigue and how it was limiting my ability to exercise, that I started all of them at once. The improvement was almost immediate. Within a few days I was able to take a long walk and not suffer the exertional fatigue. I am also able to my do my work around the house and in the garden without consequences. Since I started this regimen of meds and supplements, I have only had a couple of bouts of fatigue. I am walking up to five miles a day, and at a good pace. This has also allowed me to get my weight down – without exercise I found it almost impossible to lose weight. I really want to thank you so much for your recommendations. I’ve spoken with other long covid support folks, including at the Yale Long Covid center, and they were not of much help. The $150 initial consultation with you was some of the best money I have ever spent. ”
